The Kadai Asado Cross, new for 2021 brings a bit of Argentinian style cooking to the Kadai, this ingenious design has been created and perfected for use on the 70cm and 80cm kadai bowls, the frame clips onto the side of the kadai and is held tight by two large wing nut style fastenings. The cross centre spike comes in two parts which simply screw together, two cross bars then slide into place along the main spike and are held in the position of your choice by a large type of grub screw (different positions would be required for different sized pieces of meat), add to that four 's' meat hooks and the Asado Cross is complete, wire (not included) can be used for additional fixing of your feast. The loaded spike is then slotted into the frame attached to the side of the bowl and can be raised or lowered to the fire by selecting different slots within the frame. Happily takes a 4kg piece of meat.
